Your investment memos and spoken responses are processed by AI language models to generate interview questions and transcripts. Audio recordings are transcribed using speech-to-text technology. This data is used solely for conducting your examination and is shared with your instructor as part of the academic assessment process.

  • Your Instructor: Exam transcripts, audio recordings, and completion status are accessible to the instructor of your enrolled course.
  • Service Providers: We use third-party services for cloud storage (AWS), AI processing (OpenAI), and email delivery (AWS SES).
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Audio files and documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We use secure session management and hashed passwords to protect your account.
