By accessing or using CougarCases ("the Service"), operated by Cerulean Square LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CougarCases provides digital academic case study materials and AI-powered oral examination tools for educational institutions, instructors, and students. The Service includes case document access, AI oral interviews, transcript generation, and course management tools.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Permitted Use

The Service is intended for educational purposes. You may not: (a) share purchased case materials with unauthorized users; (b) record, redistribute, or publicly display content from the Service without permission; (c) use the AI examination tools for purposes other than legitimate academic assessment; (d) attempt to manipulate or circumvent the AI interview system.

5. Purchases and Payments

Case materials and AI oral exams are sold on a per-student basis. All purchases grant lifetime access to the purchased content for the purchasing user. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change. Institutional licensing is available by contacting sales@cougarcases.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All case study materials, teaching notes, and platform content are owned by Cerulean Square LLC or its licensors. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the materials without written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

The AI oral exam generates questions and responses using artificial intelligence. Transcripts and audio recordings are provided for educational assessment purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and it should not be relied upon as professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cerulean Square LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@cougarcases.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
